Steve Carlon, who established Topcon California as a Survey Products retail operation for Topcon over 14-years ago and served as General Manager during that time, made comments to his team as they celebrated his retirement during a recent luncheon at the Northern California Branch in West Sacramento.  Steve announced his retirement in early April, 2008 bringing to an end a career with Topcon that spanned over 25 years.
