Area Manager – Precision Agriculture Products
Topcon California, the state’s leading provider of precision positioning solutions for agriculture, construction, and telematics has an immediate opening for a Precision Agriculture Area Manager in the greater Central Valley area. Responsibilities include identifying companies involved in all aspects of agriculture and then working with them to define and implement product and services solutions targeted toward increasing client productivity and profit. Focus will be on the creation of new customers and new distribution partners, as well as growing current customer relationships, with the ongoing responsibilities of coordinating support, training and managing the overall relationship between Topcon California and our agriculture partners.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Management, Agronomy or related field, or equivalent experience, and at least two years sales experience with products or services in the agricultural market. Personal computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office are required, as is a strong interest in agriculture related technology.
